Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for Memphis-based clients
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership teams
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes affecting financial strategies
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects and special analysis initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently in remote team environments
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
