Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll with ADP and Workday systems
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations
- Implement new hire onboarding and payroll deductions
- Conduct payroll audits and compliance reporting
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration
- Support time and attendance system maintenance
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP/Workday certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
