Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic business decisions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop monthly variance reports and executive dashboards
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and planning processes
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A and investment initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure SOX compliance
- Present findings to C-suite executives with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting and GAAP
