Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance through variance reporting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, M&A evaluations, and capital allocation
- Prepare executive-ready presentations translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations in all financial reporting
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Demonstrated success in financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Experience with SEC reporting and regulatory compliance
