Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and variance reports for executive leadership
- Develop dynamic financial models to support capital allocation decisions
- Prepare board-level presentations with clear visualizations of KPI trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational budgets
- Lead quarterly forecasting processes and scenario planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal control frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts using advanced Excel and Power BI tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and Power BI visualization
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in presenting to C-suite executives
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
