Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across healthcare divisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Lead monthly/quarterly budgeting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures and improve margins
- Prepare executive presentations and dashboards using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses supporting M&A initiatives and strategic investments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
- Strong understanding of GAAP and healthcare financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
