Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and forecasting to support business growth initiatives
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform investment strategies
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Develop and maintain key performance dashboards using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- CPA or CFA certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with financial modeling and scenario planning
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Knowledge of SEC regulations and GAAP standards
