Responsibilities

- Present complex financial data to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Lead due diligence processes for new investment opportunities
- Maintain and optimize financial forecasting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking or private equity
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial modeling software
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, precedent)
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
