Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for portfolio valuation and risk assessment
- Perform in-depth variance analysis and budget forecasting for $500M+ assets
- Lead monthly financial reporting packages for executive stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment decisions
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and Power BI tools
- Mentor junior analysts and present findings to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Expert proficiency in Excel modeling (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, macros)
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
