- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets for departmental initiatives
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics against financial targets
- Support annual audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Streamline financial workflows using advanced Excel tools and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
