Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to drive business planning and forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth areas.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
