Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and trends to identify growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasting reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
