Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with clear executive summaries
- Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Develop ad-hoc financial reports for senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with organizational goals
- Support budgeting processes and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Lead special projects including market analysis and investment evaluation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
