Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Evaluate investment opportunities using NPV, ROI, and other financial metrics
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business narratives
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines
