Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic recommendations
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and dashboards for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Lead due diligence processes for M&A activities and investment opportunities
- Develop KPI frameworks and track financial performance against strategic objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in tech, VC, or PE environments
- Expert proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
