Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for revenue forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Lead month-end close processes with variance analysis and reconciliation activities
- Create executive-ready dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI and Excel
- Partner with business units to translate financial insights into actionable growth strategies
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A opportunities and capital allocation decisions
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and process controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities to present complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a matrixed organization
