Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning
- Analyze financial performance data and identify key trends/variances against projections
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support M&A activities and operational initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
- Monitor KPIs and dashboard metrics to track organizational health
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex functions)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-finance stakeholders
