Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for portfolio valuation and risk assessment
- Lead monthly forecasting and variance analysis for $500M+ asset portfolio
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating financial insights into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A due diligence and integration planning
- Automate financial reporting processes using Power BI and Python
- Mentor junior analysts while ensuring adherence to GAAP and SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA/CFA preferred
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in healthcare or investment sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills with data visualization experience
- Deep understanding of financial statement analysis and valuation methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly desirable
