Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Prepare detailed financial reports and executive dashboards for leadership review
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with organizational goals
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support investment decisions and cost optimization
- Maintain and enhance financial systems to ensure data integrity and reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in healthcare or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and healthcare financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations
