Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
- Develop financial models for scenario planning and investment analysis
- Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes affecting financial performance
- Lead process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Present complex financial data through clear visualizations and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for diverse audiences
