Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support business strategy
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Develop and maintain complex Excel dashboards for KPI tracking
- Lead budgeting cycles and financial planning processes
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for investment opportunities
- Present financial findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Collaborate with IT on financial system implementations and improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent presentation skills with experience communicating to C-suite executives
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
