Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to forecast performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop detailed financial models, variance reports, and budget projections for C-suite stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support M&A activities, capital allocation, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Present findings through executive dashboards and compelling visualizations using Power BI/Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and regulatory compliance requirements in the financial services sector
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in banking, consulting, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Experience with financial modeling software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-financial audiences
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or progress toward certification
