Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within revenue and expense streams.
- Prepare clear, concise, and visually engaging monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Board of Directors and C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project ROI and optimize capital allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within the government or financial services sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and synthesize findings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-financial audiences.
