Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proven ability to maintain 100% cash accuracy in high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations (Reg CC, BSA, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
