Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver comprehensive monthly/quarterly reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend strategic adjustments
- Lead financial due diligence for M&A initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders using data visualization tools
- Maintain compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables) and Power BI
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and SQL
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive insights
- Certification (CPA/CMA) or actively pursuing equivalent
