Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial performance metrics and identify trends for executive leadership
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and controls
- Present financial findings to C-suite executives using advanced visualization tools
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, macros, VBA)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate data into compelling narratives
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
