Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
