Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and presentations for executive leadership reviews.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
- Identify trends, variances, and risks in financial data, providing recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
