Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and valuations for M&A transactions and investment opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify strategic growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects with investment and operations teams
- Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs and recommend optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in advisory or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Experience with SQL, Python, or Power BI for data analysis
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for non-financial audiences
- Proven track record of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously
- Active FINRA Series 63/65 or willingness to obtain
