Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenarios to evaluate capital investments and growth opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to align operational goals with financial targets.
- Perform detailed audits of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Assist in the implementation of new financial systems and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables, Macros) and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial principles, corporate accounting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable business intelligence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into clear narratives.
