Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and valuation analyses for M&A and investment opportunities
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting portfolio performance
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize capital allocation strategies
- Implement advanced Excel/Power BI dashboards for real-time financial tracking
- Conduct due diligence for potential investments and partnership opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Expert proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL with advanced modeling skills
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Proven track record in financial forecasting and variance analysis
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- CFA charter or CPA certification required
