Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and tax compliance records.
- Reconcile credit card statements and bank accounts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
