Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with high accuracy.
- Perform complex general ledger reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely processing.
- Assist in the preparation of federal and state tax filings and regulatory compliance audits.
- Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
