Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly and year-end financial close procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and general ledger accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Assist with tax preparation and support external audits.
- Maintain accurate records in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
