- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 small to medium businesses
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare financial statements and quarterly reports
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement QuickBooks optimizations for clients
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Payroll certification (ADP or QuickBooks)
- Proven track record of multi-client management
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Relevant Portland business network preferred
