- Develop personalized financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Manage investment portfolios exceeding $5M in assets under management
- Drive client acquisition through strategic networking and referral partnerships
- Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations and SEC guidelines
- Collaborate with tax/legal professionals for integrated wealth solutions
- Mentor junior advisors while maintaining personal performance targets
Qualifications
- Series 7, 66, and CFP certifications required
- 5+ years of financial planning experience with HNW clients
- Proven track record of $3M+ AUM growth
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong network within Baton Rouge business community
