Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff and management.
- Prepare and submit necessary regulatory reports to governing bodies.
- Investigate potential breaches of compliance and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and AML regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification such as CFE, CIPP/US, or CAM is highly preferred.
