Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service while resolving account inquiries and banking product recommendations
- Safeguard cash and financial assets using bank-provided equipment and security protocols
- Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate records using provided banking systems
- Upsell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in finance preferred
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and office equipment (all provided)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
