Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct thorough financial audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all financial data within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree or CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
