Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage complex reconciliations for multi-corporate entities
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
- Collaborate with audit teams during external reviews
- Streamline financial reporting workflows using Oracle ERP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA proficiency
- Solid understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Oracle ERP implementation experience
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines
