Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal controls testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger operations
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
