Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees semi-monthly
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and benefits deductions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly reports
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping system updates
- Maintain compliance with FLSA and state labor laws
- Support year-end processing and W-2 distribution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or equivalent software
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of multi-state tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in deadline-driven environment
