Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for loan committee review
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning indicators
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure optimal credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies
- Develop predictive models for default probability analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and ratio interpretation
- Proficient with credit software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, Sageworks)
- Strong Excel modeling skills with VBA knowledge preferred
- Series 7/63 or 24/26 licenses highly desirable
