Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- FINRA Series 7 and 66/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial advisory experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proficiency with financial planning software
- Texas state insurance license (life/health)
