Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial credit applications, financial statements, and market trends to assess risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit memos and recommend approval terms for complex transactions
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early-warning indicators of potential defaults
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay current on industry regulations and internal credit policies
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending

- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) or willingness to obtain within 12 months
