Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service while resolving account inquiries and promoting bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions to ensure operational integrity
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance branch efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and data security
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
