Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive credit risk evaluations for commercial loan applications
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and industry trends
- Prepare detailed credit memoranda and risk assessment reports
- Collaborate with relationship managers on credit structuring
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning indicators
- Stay current on regulatory compliance (FIRREA, BSA, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Proven ability to assess complex financial scenarios
- Knowledge of Pacific Northwest market dynamics preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (CRCM, CFA) a plus
