Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements and credit risk profiles for corporate clients
- Develop credit recommendations and risk mitigation strategies for high-value portfolios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure bespoke financing solutions
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting credit policies
- Lead presentations to senior stakeholders on credit risk assessments
- Maintain and enhance automated credit scoring models
- Manage a portfolio of 50+ high-net-worth commercial clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in tech or manufacturing sectors
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, ratio analysis) and Excel
- Strong knowledge of credit regulations (FIRREA, Basel III) and risk frameworks
- Credit Risk Manager (CRM) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
- Experience with credit software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, RiskMetrics)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure negotiations
