Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance experience in regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification preferred (e.g., CCEP, CCRM)
