- Prepare detailed credit recommendations for loan committees and senior leadership
- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance and early risk detection
- Collaborate with commercial bankers to structure optimal financing solutions
- Develop and maintain robust risk assessment models and reporting tools
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Present complex financial analyses to stakeholders with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet software
- Deep understanding of cash flow analysis, ratio analysis, and industry risk factors
- Experience with credit risk platforms (e.g., Moody's, FICO, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (CMA, CFA, or CRCM) preferred
